This is a good quality multimeter at a fair reasonable price. Has wholly the functions that one would usually motive for automotive use. The clamp-on wire lineament is good for measurement RPMs while tuning up. The only drawback for this unit is that the instruction booklet is identical poorly written. There are at least a half 12 spelling mistakes that are very obvious. The instructions are selfsame basic and do not actually helper the novice in knowing how to utilisation the unit for different automotive tests and do not always clearly shew how to hook up the leads for measurements. It would likewise be nice to get the self adjusting scale compass on this unit for the cost compass that it is in. Other than that, I think if one is looking for a multimeter in this cost range, they will quite quenched with this unit.I simply recieve my multimeter. Its quite usefull for everything i need. The exclusively problem comes, if you are an amateur, the instructions are but not to useful. The multimeter is excelent, i employment it testing my cars rpms, Electronic Specialties 585K Meter contain resistance, continuity of land cables and many more. For the cost its just what I needed. Glad to detect it.
